Tax Burden is all on the Poor

This is a quote from Carl Gibson, founder of US Uncut:

I have one dollar in my wallet. That’s more than the combined income tax liability of GE, ExxonMobil, Citibank, and the Bank of America. That means somebody is gaming the system.”

And there’s more discussion at this website: ThinkProgressive

This just makes me sick. It goes hand in hand with the idea of corporations getting the rights of people, but showing that they get the rights without the responsibilities.

  1. When we lived in India or otherwise traveled abroad or at sea I was satisfied that I was not paying for the above violations… Once again, the 14th amendment is proven violable and as a “people” we, yet again, do nothing.
    Cocksuckers!

  2. COCKSUCKERS!

And in doing nothing, we gain nothing. We continue to lose and lose and lose, with a continued sense that doing something would risk what we have. And yep – it would. And what’s to be done about that?

    Leave.

    Ahem.
